On Wednesday, occurred the marriage of Rev. S. W. Fuchs, of New Hampton, Ia., to Miss Bertha Bals, of Elkport, Ia., Rev. Fritschel officiating. The groom is one of the leading German ministers of the state, and is withal a gentleman. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Bals, and was born and raised here.
