NICHOLS, TAYLOR

A wedding of interest, which occurred a year ago in Chicago, just leaked out last week when Miss Gertrude Taylor came home from Nevada, Iowa, where she has been teaching, and informed her mother, Mrs. M. E. Taylor and friends, that she was married a year ago last Easter to Mr. Lester Nichols, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Nichols of this place. The groom was in the World War and saw service over seas. Mr. Nichols is now employed as salesman for the Hurley Electric Co. in Chicago, where Mrs. Nichols will go after visiting relatives here.

Elkader Register, Thur., 14 June 1923. Strawberry Point column.
