Olmstead - Koether marriage - 1918

At the home of the bride's parents, Sunday, Aug. 04, occurred the marriage of their daughter Charlotte Edna to David Neil Olmstead. Rev. H. J. Loemker officiated. There were no attendants and the wedding was marked by its simplicity and quietness. The bride is a graduate of Morningside College of Sioux City, Ia. The groom is a Monona boy, a member of the Medical Corps of the Base Hospital at Camp Logan, Texas, and is attached to the Phychological Bureau. The groom left for his military duties Tuesday night and Mrs. Olmstead will remain at her parents home for the present.
