On Tuesday, June 2_, 1918, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Elvers at Riverside Farm, Osborne, Ia., occurred the marriage of their only daughter, Al_ina Dora, to Mr. Joseph Winkler, of Wood Center, Ia., Rev. Franke, of Elkader, officiating. Mrs. B. A. Ruegnitz, cousin of the bride played the wedding march, ushers were Arthur and Adolph Elvers, twin brothers of the bride. Miss Irene Dittmer, was bride's maid, and Mr. Floyd Ditter was groomsman, both being cousins of the bride. Marjorie Ruegnitz, of Dubuque, was ring bearer. The bride has been a Clayton county teacher for the past four years, The groom is highly esteemed and industrious. After a honeymoon they will go to Camp Dodge, Des Moines, to visit their cousin, Corporal Arthur Dittmer. They will reside at Riverside Farm, Osborne, Ia.
