Carr - DeGraw marriage - 1918

At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edmund DeGraw, Wednesday, February 6, 1918, occurred the marriage of their youngest daughter, Lyal, and Charles Adrian Carr, of Alta Vista. Rev. C. E. Baker, of the Methodist Episcopal church, officiated. There were no attendants. The bride is prominent in the declamatory contests. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. L-ll Carr. They departed on the afternoon train for Alta Vista where they will enter upon home keeping.
