Last Wednesday at the Baptist parsonage occurred the marriage of Mr. Leslie Carpenter, of this place, to Miss Mildred Kelly, of Lamont, Rev. W. R. Bailey officiating. The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Carpenter and at present is assisting in the local depot. They will make their home in this city.
