Gueder - Overbeck marriage - 1917

GEUDER, GUEDER, OVERBECK

Miss Henrietta M. Overbeck, of this city, and Mr. Leonard W. Gueder, of Minneapolis, Minn., were married at Dubuque, Tuesday, June 19, 1917. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Overbeck, of Guttenberg. She grew to womanhood here, is a graduate of Guttenberg High school and Cornell College, and has been engaged in teaching school. The groom is a son of Mrs. Ernest Geuder, of this city, and has a position with the Minnesota Manufacturing Co., of Minneapolis, Minn., where they will make their home.

(Note: Both spellings of the surrname Geuder/Gueder were used in the article, as shown.)
