Thornton - Brown marriage - 1917

Wednesday, January 17th, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Honn, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Mrs. Ora Brown, to Ross Thornton. Rev. Otto Wappler of the Lutheran church officiated. The attendants were two little flower girls - little Evan Honn, sister of the bride, and little Daisy Thornton, sister of the bridegroom. Louise Jarms played the wedding march. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Thornton. The new couple will go to housekeeping in Waukon.
