Snell - Kister marriage - 1909

At the St. Patrick's church in Monona, Wednesday morning, Sept. 15th, 1909, occurred the marriage of Miss Melvina C. Kister to David R. Snell, Rev. Father Hogan, officiating. The bride is the daughter of Chas. Blietz, and an adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Kister, of this city, being cared for since a small child. For the past two years she has been engaged as a teacher. The groom has spent all his years in Monona. He is employed as clerk in the Harry C. Fox drug store. The couple left for a honeymoon to Minneapolis, after which they will be at home in Monona after Oct. 01.
