DeMoss - Alderson marriage - 1934

Last Thursday at the M.E. parsonage in Manchester occurred the marriage of Miss Loretta A. Alderson and Cecil DeMoss, both of Strawberry Point. The Rev. E. D. Wells performed the ceremony. The attendants were the bride's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Alderson, also of Strawberry Point. The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Alderson and graduated from the local public school in 1930. The groom is a son of Mrs. Gilbert Lingard, and is employed as clerk at the Franklin hotel. They will make their home at Strawberry Point.
