ST. OLAF: Wedding vows were taken at the Lutheran parsonage Wednesday by Miss Maurine Erickson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Erickson of Elkader, and Vernett Embretson, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Embretson of St. Olaf. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Nels J. Strandjord. Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Alvin J. Larson. After a trip to Chicago and the A Century Of Progress the couple will make their new home at St. Olaf, where Mr. Embretson holds the position of secretary of the White Star Oil Co.
