MONONA: Miss Helen Louise Everall became the bride of George H. Martin of Monona Thursday afternoon in the Everall home, the Rev. J. B. Ackman, of Oelwein, officiating. The attendants were Miss Beatrice Ferguson and Harold F. Moon, both of Monona.
Mrs. Martin is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Bruce B. Everall, a graduate of the Monona High school and the State University of Iowa in Iowa City.
Mr. Martin, after graduating from the Shenandoah high school, graduated from Coe college in Cedar Rapids, and is an unusually successful teacher, having for the past five years been coach at the Monona High school. This summer he attended summer school in Iowa City, and after Sept. 01 he and his bride will be at home in Shell Rock, Iowa, where he is the new superintendent.
