Chase - Herman marriage - 1933

The marriage of Miss Dorothy Herman to Lester Chase, which occurred Dec. 1, 1933, has just been announced. The ceremony took place at Galena, Ill., and was performed by Rev. Feldwisch, pastor of the Methodist church of that place. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Herman of Highland. She has been a successful teacher of the rural schools of this county for a few years and is at present teacher at the Probert school. The groom is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Chase of this place. He has been engaged in farming with his father. The new home will be made on a farm here after March 1st.
