McDowell - Barnhart marriage - 1905

John McDowell and Norma Barnhart were married last Wednesday, October 4th, 1905. The ceremony was performed at Elkader, the happy couple returning the same day to the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Barnhart. We understand that they will live on the farm which Mr. Barnhart recently purchased of Ferdinand Mitzer. Thus a most worthy young couple embarks upon the matrimonial sea. May they find smooth sailing.
