Roebken - Brandt marriage - 1904

A large number of relatives and friends assembled to witness the marriage of O. H. Roebken and Hulda Brandt, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Helmuth Brandt, Wednesday, June 1st. Jessie Fritz and Leila Schmidt were the flower girls, the ceremony performed by Rev. W. K. Braun. The bride's attendant was Miss Walda Brandt, while Almer Roebken was best man. The bride and groom were reared and educated at Garnavillo, and are thus well known to all. They left for a short honeymoon at La Crosse, after which they will be at home in the Mauer building.
