Sievers - Presho marriage - 1902

MARRIED - At the Methodist parsonage at McGregor, Wednesday morning, Jessie Presho, of this city, and Joseph L. Sievers, of Waukon, were united in marriage by Rev. D. C. Dutton. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brooks and Minnie Goodman, cousin of the bride, and John Presho, brother of the bride, stood up for them. The bride was born and grew to womanhood in this city. Mr. Sievers is a fireman on the Waukon branch and is well known here, having lived here for several years when fireman on the White Line. They will go to housekeeping at Waukon.
