At the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Helmuth Brandt at Garnavillo, today, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Carrie Elizabeth, to Henry Paul Krueger. The young people are well and favorably known to many of our readers. They will be at home at Garnavillo, after Sept. 27th.

Relatives, neighbors and intimate friends gathered at the home of Helmuth Brandt, Sr. last Thursday in honor of Carrie Barnes and Henry Krueger, whose union was solemnized at 4 o'clock p.m. by Rev. Braun, of Farmersburg. The bride was attended by her step-sister, Hulda Brandt. The groom was attended by his brother, Louis. The couple left on the train for Clear Lake, and upon their return will go to house keeping on the Krueger farm north of town.
