On Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 10th, at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Mattie Hoyt, occurred the wedding of Prua Adel Hoyt and Mr. F. A. Welch, Rev. F. A. Whitford assisted by Rev. Arthur D. Welch, officiating. The bride and groom left for Dyersville for a few days stay with Rev. A. D. Welch, a brother of the groom.
Guests from out of town were: Rufus Welch and wife, Oscar Welch and wife, John Welch and wife, all of Scott; Rev. A. D. Welch and wife, of Dyersville; J. H. Welch and wife and daughter Ethel, of Arlington; Rev. F. A. Whitford, of Ruthven; Mrs. Weight, R. M. Donaldson, T. Rubyor, of West Union; Rev. A. B. Curran and wife, of Hopkinton.
