MARRIED- Gilbert - King - At Storm Lake, Iowa, on Aug. 6th, Mr. Will Gilbert and Miss Katie King.

The bride was formerly a resident of this county, and is well known to many. The groom has been long and favorably known here, and his many friends will be pleased to learn that he has secured a worthy bride. May their future life be like a pleasant summer day, unclouded by care of misfortunes.

The happy couple came to Elkader Thursday, and in the evening, a pleasant reception was given at the residence of Mr. J. L. Gilbert.
