At the home of the bride's brother, Chas. Schrampfer, near Elkader, on Monday, Nov. 6th, Mr. Herman Mecklenburg and Miss Babetta Schrampfer plighted vows that bind them as one through life. The happy young couple will make their home in the Foley place in Clermont, recently purchased by the groom.-Clermont Observer
