Becker - Schmidt marriage - 1899

At the Schmidt residence in this place at 11 o'clock, Tuesday morning, Oct. 3d 1899, occurred the wedding of Miss Mollie, daughter of Mrs. Wolfgang Schmidt, and Will Becker. The ceremony was performed by Rev. F. W. Siefert. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Becker, of Elkader, and is junior member of the well known drug firm of Becker Bros., of this city. The young people have known each other from childhood days. After a trip to Chicago they will be at home in the rooms over the store of Becker Bros.
