Wilson - Stence marriage - 1899

Jos. A. Wilson, of Dubuque, and Miss Emma V. Stence, of McGregor, were Elkader visitors Tuesday, and ere they left had procured a license and were made one. The blushing bride who it is said rejoices in her ninth husband is well known to many of our readers. We extend our blessing to the youthful couple, and express the hope that their troubles may be little ones.
