The marriage of Miss Hallie Thoday and Mr. Charles J. Weidner was solemnized Thursday morning, Nov. 12th, at the Cathedral in Dubuque. They were unattended. The bride is the adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Thoday of Volga, having made her home with them since the death of her mother and since the age of 4 1/2 years. She received her early education in the local schools and for two years attended St. Mary's College at Prairie du Chien. For the past two years she has been in Dubuque where she attended high school and also Bayless Business College. The bridegroom is one of Dubuque's most estimable and industrious young men, and he holds a fine position as carpenter in the Brunswick factory. Mr. and Mrs. Wiedner will make their home in Dubuque.
