Rodas - Meyer marriage - 1925

A very pretty wedding occurred yesterday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Meyer of this place when their eldest daughter, Sylvia M. Meyer, was united in marriage with Mr. Fred Rodas, formerly of Garber but now engaged in the dray and express business here. Rev. C. H. Franke, of the Friedens Evangelical church officiated. They were attended by the sister of the bride, Miss Macie Meyer, as bridesmaid and Mr. Kenneth Brinkhouse as groomsman. The bride was reared in Elkader and the groom is one of our young businessmen. They will be at home in Elkader in about two weeks.
