Bush - Clark marriage - 1900

At the home of the bride's parents in Strawberry Point, Wednesday June 20th, occurred the marriage of John Von Camp Bush, of this city, to Miss Maude M. Clark, Rev. D. O. Bean officiating. Mr. Bush is one of our promising young business men, proprietor of the Oelwein Wood Works. He is captain of the Oelwein team of Foresters. Mrs. Bush has been a resident of Oelwein for some months, having been employed by the C.G.W. as stenographer in the office of the general storekeeper of the road. She has many friends locally and at her old home in Strawberry Point. Mr. and Mrs. Bush are now located here and the Register and many friends wish them bon voyage. - Oelwein Register.
