Liddy - Uhl marriage - 1900

MARRIED - At the Catholic church, Tuesday June 12th, M. H. Liddy and Maud Uhl, both from this place. The bride has lived here but a short time and has gained many friends, while the groom is known to our readers. They left on the evening train for Chicago for a few days visit with the groom's brother, Dr. Liddy. We join with their many friends in wishing them happiness. Among those from abroad who attended the wedding were: Bertha Uhl, Arlington; J. J. Liddy, Littleport; D. L. Liddy, Monticello; Hannah Liddy, Chicago; and Jas. Hayes of Dubuque.
