At the residence of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Diers, in Read twp., on Tuesday, March 6th, occurred the marriage of Henry H. Diers and Miss Amelia Best, Rev. Father Seifert, who had christened and confirmed the young people, officiated. The wedding was a quiet one owing to the recent bereavement of the family of the bride. The groom is the eldest son of F. W. Diers and is associated with his father in the stock business. The bride is a daughter of Wm. Best, of Clayton Center. May they have a life of peace, prosperity and happiness.
