On St. Patrick's Day, March 17th, 1922, at five a.m. in St. Joseph's church, Elkader, Iowa, occurred the marriage of Elsie Mae Perry and Roy J. Hyde. They were attended by Miss Evelyn Hyde and Curtis Landon.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Perry. The groom is a son of Mr. James T. Hyde, formerly of this city, but now of Newton, Kansas. The groom, for the past two years has been employed at the Hotel Bayless barber shop.
Lester Perry, a brother of the bride, took the newlyweds to Elgin, from where they departed for Newton, Kansas, where they will reside, and where Mr. Hyde has purchased at barber shop.
