Miss Effie Martins, of Luana, and Roy Saacke, of Farmersburg, were united in marriage here in the Evangelical parsonage by Rev. C. H. Franke, Tuesday, Nov. 20th in the presence of Mr. and Mrs. Walter L. Tietz. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Martins of Luana and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Saacke of Farmersburg. Mr. and Mrs. Saacke will live on the home farm of the groom near Farmersburg.
