Smith - Lusk marriage - 1928

Miss Margaret A. Lusk and Mr. Elmer J. Smith were united in marriage at Waverly last Saturday, April 14th, Rev. C. C. Bacon, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mrs. Anna Lusk of Elkader high school, and attended Upper Iowa Univ. for a year. The groom is a son of Mrs. Gertrude Smith of Monona. He was formerly employed at the Ford Garage in Elkader, but now operates an oil station in Waverly. The couple will make their home at 116 North Linn, Waverly, Iowa.
