Feeney - Cox marriage - 1928

The marriage of Miss Mae L. Cox of Seneca, Wis., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cox, and Mr. John T. Feeney, second son of Mrs. Mary Feeney of Elkader, took place at St. Patrick's church at Seneca, Feb. 14, Rev. Father McGinnity of Seneca officiating. They were attended by Miss Helen Cox, sister of the bride, and Francis J. Feeney, brother of the groom. The groom is a progressive farmer of this vicinity. The bride has been employed as a clerk in one of the stores at Seneca. The young couple left on a wedding trip to Milwaukee and other points, after which they will be at home on a farm northwest of Volga City, after March first.
