The marriage of Miss Una Rose Baars and Mr. Louis W. Lemka, both residents of Cox Creek twp. was solemnized Wednesday, Jan. 4th, at the Congregational parsonage in Elkader, the pastor, Rev. Kilbourne, officiating. The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Henry Behn. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. A. Baars. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Lemka, and besides his farming activities is in charge of an orchestra that has gained a wide reputation during the past few years, playing for a number of dances each week. The couple left for Prairie du Chien, Wis. where they will spend a few days with the groom's sister, who is head superintendent at the new sanitarium there. The couple will reside on the Lemka farm, where the groom is associated with his father in farming,
