Clayton Co, Fair - 1910 - those from abroad attending.

The Clayton County Agricultural Society's fair held at National last week is considered the biggest and best fair since the society has been in existence. Many old settlers were in attendance from abroad, among them were the following:

Helmuth Brandt, Sr., and wife, of Beloit.
Helmuth Brandt, Jr., and family, of Silverton, Ore.
Henry Marting, of Spencer, S.D.
Jos. Bell, of Exira, Ia.
Mrs. Wm. Putzier, of Corsica, S.D.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thoma, of Omaha
John Harberg, of Omaha
Will Becker, of Talmadge, Nebr.
Earnie Tangeman and family, of Kettlersville, Ohio
Bruno Tangeman and family, of Dubuque
Mrs. Wm. Beck, of El Reno, Okla.
Belmont Felcher, of Nashua

There were many others whose names we failed to learn.
