Griswold - Stoops marriage - 1910

From letters and papers we are informed that Miss Sadie Stoops was married to F. H. Griswold, of Decorah, at Appleton, Wis., last Saturday evening, Rev. H. T. Wiltsee, of that place, performing the ceremony.

Mr. Griswold is an employee of the Wisconsin Traction, Light, Heat and Power Co. and is assisting in installing some new steam turbines in a power plant at Appleton.

The young couple were attended by Mr. Chambers, foreman for Mr. Griswold, and Miss Wolfmeyer, of Appleton.

Mrs. Griswold is the only daughter of John Stoops and has lived most her life in Elkader, making her home with her aunt, Mrs. John Toutsch, for a number of years.
