Miss Lottie L. Gilbert, of Monona, Ia., and Mr. Howard Carr Thomas, of Chicago, were united in marriage by Rev. Dr. Stone, of the 4th Presbyterian church at Chicago, Wednesday, March 30th, at 7:00 o'clock. They were attended by Miss Hanna Wilson, cousin of the bride, and Mr. Owen Lohr, cousin of the groom. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas will leave soon on a trip to Columbus and Mechanicsburg, Ohio, the groom's former home. The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gilbert, and has a host of friends here who will wish her every happiness.
