Kurdelmeier - Strein marriage - 1914

At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Strein, Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 8th, occurred the marriage of their eldest daughter Lana M., to Eldo Kurdelmeier, of Monona. Rev. Theo. Guetslaff performed the ceremony. The bride was attended by Miss Florence Kurdelmeier, a sister of the groom, and the groom was attended by Fred Strein, a brother of the bride. The bride was for several years a teacher in our Sunday School and a member of our choir. The groom is a prosperous farmer and owns a farm in Monona township, where they will be at home after March 1st. Thursday they left on an extended wedding trip through Nebraska and different points in western Iowa.
