Schrunk - Duffin marriage - 1914

The marriage of Miss Maud Duffin, daughter of Mrs. W. L. Duffin, of this city, to Mr. Francis Thomas Schrunk, of Osterdock, was celebrated at the bride's home on Wednesday evening, Oct. 28th, Rev. J. B. Wildermuth officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Schrunk left on the midnight train for an extended trip to New Orleans and Jacksonville, Florida and from there by boat to Washington, D.C., and other eastern points. Out of town guests included Mrs. A. C. Smith and daughter Ruth, of Morrison, Ill., aunt and cousin of the bride; Dr. H. L. Duffin, of Garnavillo; and John Schrunk, of Lynch, Nebr., among others.
