Murphy - Kleinpell marriage - 1914

The marriage of Miss Louise Caroline Kleinpell and Mr. Clarence F. Murphy was quietly celebrated at the rectory of St. Patrick's church in Dubuque yesterday morning, Rev. J. J. Hanley officiating. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Ella Kleinpell, and Dr. Robert L. Morse, of Waukon, was groomsman. The couple left for a wedding trip to Chicago and Madison. The following from Elkader were present: Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Kleinpell, parents of the bride; Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Murphy, parents of the groom. The bride and groom are graduates of the Elkader High School and of the State University of Wisconsin, at Madison. Mr. Murphy is also a graduate of the law department of the State University of Iowa, at Iowa City, and is engaged in the practice of law in partnership with his father.
