Hagensick - Sherman marriage - 1914

Martin G. Hagensick and Miss Verna Sherman were united in marriage yesterday at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Sherman, near Edgewood, Rev. Franke performing the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Hagensick will occupy one of the Bayless cottages on High street. The groom is one of Elkader's highly respected young men, at present Deputy Clerk of Courts. The bride is also well known here, having taught in the Elkader schools.
