Burns - Rinkert marriage - 1914

On June 10th a simple wedding was solemnized at Sacred Heart church when Miss Grace Rinkert was united in marriage to Dr. J. J. Burns, Rev. Father Hetherington officiating. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rinkert and was born and raised here. She is a graduate of our schools, being a member of the class of "07. Dr. J. J. Burns is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Burns. He received his education in our public schools, being a graduate with the class of '01. In 1904 he was graduated from Dental School of the S.U.I. Since his graduation he has been practicing his profession in this place. The couple left for an extended trip through Yellowstone National Park and the state of Montana.
