The marriage of Ida Meyer, of Luana, and Henry Borcherding took place in the presence of near relatives and friends, at the home of the groom's mother, four miles northwest of Guttenberg, at 4:00 o'clock p.m. Thursday, May 7th. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. Janzig. The attendants were Christine and Fritz, sister and brother of the groom, and his cousins, Amanda and Albert Kregel. A wedding dinner was served and a social good time was enjoyed. May their married life be long and blissful is the wish of their many friends. The newly married couple will make their home in the former Ohlendorf farm on Miner's Creek.
