Busacker - Debes marriage - 1927

BUSACKER, DEBES, MARFILIUS

The marriage of Miss Senda Debes, daughter of Mrs. Emma Debes of Farmersburg, and Mr. William J. Busacker of Postville, was quietly celebrated Wednesday afternoon at the bride's home. Rev. G. A. Hillman officiated before the immediate relatives. Miss Elizabeth Debes and Harvey Debes, sister and brother of the bride, were the attendants. The young couple will make their home on a farm purchased by the groom, one half mile southeast of Postville, and will be at home to their many friends after March 20th.

As a pre-nuptial courtesy to Miss Debes, her sister, Mrs. Wm. Marflius, gave a miscellaneous shower in her honor.
