Knutson - Laure marriage - 1919

Miss Nettie Laure of Minnesota came to St. Olaf to visit friends last week. No one doubted that she was any one but Miss Laure but on Monday announcements found it out to be different as it proved that she was Mrs. Alfred Knutson.

Mr. Knutson made a short trip about a month ago and came back in about a week. They surely sprung a surprise on their friends and now Alfred has to set up treats even if it is about a month ago.

He is known by many as a mechanic and has set up business again in St. Olaf since his return from France.

The bride will be remembered as a teacher in St. Olaf a couple of years ago in which time she won many friends. Their numerous friends are glad to welcome her back to stay and wish the happy couple a long and happy married life.
