Oehrle - Goerdt marriage - 1919

On Tuesday, July 1, the marriage of Miss Henrietta Goerdt of Dyersville, and Lawrence Oehrle of Garber, took place at St. Michael's church at Garber. The ceremony was performed by Rev. D. T. Minogue. The witnesses were the bride's two sisters, Mrs. Will McGowan and Miss Emma Goerdt. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the groom's brother, George Oehrle. The bridegroom has just recently been discharged from military service.
