Garms - Engelhardt marriage - 1919

Miss Florence Engelhardt, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Engelhardt was united in marriage to Walter Garms, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Garms, of Monona at 6 o'clock, Wednesday evening May 1, Rev. Kumpf officiating. The ceremony was performed at the home of the bride's parents in the presence of only the immediate relatives and six girl chums, in all there were about thirty present. The young couple left the same evening for Dubuque. They will be at home to their friends on a farm east of Monona. We join their many friends in wishing them much joy.
