On Tuesday morning at St. Mary's Catholic church in this city Rev. Father Brinkman united in marriage Miss Elizabeth Wolter and Mr. Anton Berns. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wolter, of Jefferson township. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Berns, of Garnavillo township, and is one of Clayton county's prospering young farmers. The happy young couple will make their home on a farm in Garnavillo township.
