Wednesday afternoon, May 28th, at the parsonage of the M.E. church, at Cedar Rapids, Miss May Alderson, of this city was united in marriage to Mr. Archie Baker of Fayette. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. E. J. Lockwood. Mr. and Mrs. Baker will make their home for the present with the groom's parents who reside on a farm near Fayette.
