Rev. Vern J. Munger, the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. M. E. Munger, of this city, was married to Miss Bessie D. Bootman on Tuesday, January 21st, 1913, at Hancock, Md., Rev. H. D. Stewart officiating. We join Vern's many friends in offering congratulations and best wishes.
