JOHNSON, MILLER

Posted By: Reid R. Johnson (email)

Wm. Johnson and Alma Miller, both of this city, were united in marriage by Justice Glab at his office in Dubuque, Saturday morning. They arrived in Guttenberg Saturday afternoon and surprised their friends by announcing their marriage. Although to many it came not as a genuine surprise as the event had been looked for to take place at no distant day. Both are among Guttenberg's well known young people and have the congratulations and best wishes of all. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Johnson and is at present employed on the government fleet at Dubuque. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Miller and is an estimable young lady.

Elkader Register, Thur., 20 June 1907. Guttenberg column.
