Oelke - Schievelbein marriage - 1916

On Wednesday forenoon, January 5th, occurred the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schievelbein's only daughter, Elta, to Lester Oelke, of Farmersburg. The ceremony being performed by Rev. Athenstadt, after which a dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents. The same day the couple left for a wedding trip to South Dakota to visit relatives and friends.
